Conundra x PTV Logistics is an innovative SaaS developer located in Oosterzele, near Ghent. With logistics clients, such as HelloFresh and Albert Heijn, we are daily confronted with complex distribution puzzles. Through our software - OptiFlow - our clients are able to efficiently solve these puzzles and achieve measurable cost savings. The social impact cannot be ignored either: more efficient transport leads to fewer traffic jams and less CO2. Our mission is to provide a sustainable solution for the transport sector and thus contribute to a greener future at the same time.
Conundra has grown from start-up to scale-up in recent years and continues to grow, partly due to the merger with PTV Logistics. To support this growth, we are looking for a DEVELOPER.

Your responsibilities
First and foremost, you should know that software development at Conundra is a group activity. Each team member contributes to the group dynamic and shared knowledge in his/her unique way.
Your mission = to transport less air through our software! Don not be fooled, it's more complex than it looks: various factors, different for each client, influence this puzzle. Together, you will build and maintain our cloudbased software - OptiFlow. You do this by challenging each other sprint after sprint to write elegant code. Of course without compromising its overall operation at the customer's site because after all, packages need to be delivered every day. Even though you are not always at the keyboard, your input is expected and appreciated. Therefore, every feature is the result of team efforts in analysis, consideration of alternatives and continuous integration. We learn from failures and strive for best practices! You are always welcome in our modern office in quiet Oosterzele or work in our virtual office at Gathertown.

Your qualifications
- You have a first experience within software development and want to develop further in this area of expertise.
- After discovering the advantages of Pair programming, you are ready for the real challenge: Mob programming. Too confronting you think? Don't worry, we will take you through it step by step.
- Thinking out loud, analyzing and questioning is not too far out of your comfort zone.
- Can you tick off one of the following technical skills (Java, Kotlin, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, AWS, React, ...)? Top! Want to learn the others, even better!
- IT is always on the move and you move along with it enthusiastically. You dig into new releases/tendencies and share interesting insights with your colleagues. Who knows, maybe we'll get to work on this.
- You like complex problems, but not messy solutions: even though you work in sprints, we write code that can last until the finishing line of the marathon!
