Your responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain applications in on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Identifying and solving problems related to applications
  • Work closely with other IT teams to support application lifecycle management and resolve technical issues
  • Creating and maintaining required documentation/manuals to standardize processes 
  • Keeping processes and documentation up to date 
  • Working with Linux/Windows systems 
  • Monitoring application performance 
  • Participating in projects related to the implementation and development of applications 
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our cloud and application services

Your qualifications

  • Experience working with Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira) and Microsoft 365 
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions 
  • Experience in a position related to IT Application Support 
  • Understanding of support methodologies 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • High interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Organized and able to prioritize work appropriately 
  • Proficiency in English 
  • Ability to create and read technical documentation in English 
  • Team-oriented with a focus on knowledge sharing
