Your responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and maintain applications in on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance
Identifying and solving problems related to applications
Work closely with other IT teams to support application lifecycle management and resolve technical issues
Creating and maintaining required documentation/manuals to standardize processes
Keeping processes and documentation up to date
Working with Linux/Windows systems
Monitoring application performance
Participating in projects related to the implementation and development of applications
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our cloud and application services

Your qualifications

Experience working with Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira) and Microsoft 365
Knowledge of cloud solutions
Experience in a position related to IT Application Support
Understanding of support methodologies
Strong analytical skills
High interpersonal and communication skills
Organized and able to prioritize work appropriately
Proficiency in English
Ability to create and read technical documentation in English
Team-oriented with a focus on knowledge sharing
