Onboarding at PTV Group

Shortly before you start, your manager or our HR team will contact you to discuss all the details for your first day at work.

Your journey at PTV starts with a digital welcome event. On this day, we will give you insights into our corporate culture, the PTV values, the diverse range of benefits and all information about our corporate processes. You will also get to know our HR team and our works council directly. They will be there to help you with any questions right from the start. 

And of course, there's always a lunch for all new colleagues at the Karlsruhe site. It is important to us that you have the chance to get to know your first colleagues personally right from the start and to expand your internal network.

After the Welcome Day, the familiarization phase in your team will begin. Your manager has of course prepared a well-structured induction plan for this. During the first few months, you and your manager will also have regular feedback sessions. We want to create trust and give you the opportunity to openly discuss your first experiences at PTV, the cooperation and mutual expectations.
