Depending on your personal preferences and strengths, you have the opportunity to develop into an expert or management career with us. As an expert, you will continue to determine the development and implementation in your area of expertise, assume technical responsibility for the further development of a specific topic and promote the transfer of knowledge within PTV. As a manager, on the other hand, you are the contact person for your employees, assume management and leadership responsibility and actively work on the overall strategy of the respective division.
Leadership
Are you taking on a leadership role for the first time? Then we'll be happy to support you with our Stepping into Leadership training series. Even as an experienced manager, we offer you regular training courses for further development and reflection.
Tech Trainings
Besides our always popular trainings on Python and React or our Coding Dojo, we align our trainings with the current needs of our development teams. This way, we can always offer you exciting topics on the latest IT trends & technologies
Personality development

Language courses
We offer you the opportunity to learn more than 10 different languages via a digital platform. If you need more in-depth knowledge of English or German for your everyday work, we will be happy to organize group training sessions or offer you intensive individual training if required.

In our eAcademy we offer you hundreds of different online courses. The topics range from agile skills, leadership, self-management, communication and well-being to project management. The courses are available around the clock in English and German.
