Your Mission
As Senior People Business Partner, you will translate business strategy into people priorities and enable leaders to build high-performing teams in a dynamic international environment.
You will:
- Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Coach and challenge managers on leadership, organizational effectiveness, talent development and performance management.
- Drive organizational design, change management and transformation initiatives.
- Lead workforce planning and succession planning together with business leaders.
- Support employee engagement and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Advise on employee relations and Italian labor law while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Use HR analytics and business insights to identify trends and recommend data-driven actions.
- Act as a trusted partner during periods of growth, change and organizational transformation.
What you bring to the team
- Several years of experience as an People/HR Business Partner in an international and matrix organization.
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR best practices across the employee lifecycle.
- Proven experience in leadership coaching, organizational development and change management.
- Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders through trust and business insight.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful business decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and MS Office.
- Fluent Italian and English.
